A MUST VISIT!!!

I visited here last week, and sat outside, as the current covid restrictions are still in place. Although it was cold sitting outside, the food was delicious!!

I let the waitress know that I was a coeliac and that I must eat a gluten free meal. She went and let the manager and the kitchen know, who then advised me on what I could eat. Lots of the meals were marked as GF or with other allergens on the menu. The manager came over and took my order. All staff that I spoke to understood my allergen and they all knew the procedure that they must follow!! I was very impressed so far!!

I ordered a cheese and bacon burger with chips but no bun. The manager came over very shortly after taking my order and actually informed me, he had some gluten free buns available!!

When my food came out, I couldn't even believe that it was gluten free, it looked so yummy!! When serving my food, the waitress reassured me that my meal was gluten free. Although this is a very simple and easy part of serving the food, it is very comforting for the customer to hear. This made me feel reassured that I had the correct meal and there had been no mistakes.

Sometimes the gluten free burger buns aren't the best and I normally just leave them at the end of my meal. However, I can safely say this was the best gluten free burger bun I had ever had from a restaurant!

The meal was fantastic!!

I am a very sensitive coeliac and I did not suffer from a reaction after this meal! Therefore I can be 100% sure, the meal was gluten free with no cross contamination in the kitchen.
